It was our first time visiting and we had so much fun. Dan, the announcer, sprinkled a lot of education and history into the show while making it entertaining and humorous. Dakota and Daniel gave a spectacular performance! Those lumberjacks are amazing. In my opinion, well worth the visit and we would go again! Timber!!!

So much fun! I loved everything about our experience. The show was entertaining, the location was so clean and the staff was so friendly. The show itself was entertaining and kind of silly with cheesy jokes, but also fun to watch because…. lumberjacks. Two thumbs way up! đź‘Ť I would go back, it’s a fun inexpensive thing to do.

Went with my wife and 18 year old daughter and we all has a blast! The host was very funny and the lumberjacks were world class. Very impressed by how entertaining and funny the show was. Highly recommend going, you won’t be disappointed. Great job guys keep up the good work!

This show was so fun and entertaining. I came with my 60 year old mom and 6 year old son, both were super into it. I would recommend this any day, the price was okay. I wouldn’t have paid more for it, but also wouldn’t say it was worth less. Also be aware you CAN BRING YOUR OWN COOLER! I wish I knew this before hand haha, it was a lot of fun and a great way to end our makinaw trip!
Fun For All Ages

I dont know who had more fun, the 8 or 40 year old. The show was well planned and fun for all ages and genders. They made you want to participate which was definitely a part of the fun. Dad checked off a lifelong dream having watched these on ESPN when he was younger and sharing it with his daughter was priceless. To include the whole family, Mom was aesthetically impressed with the lumberjacks. Was a great value for the price, especially compared to local mackinaw attractions.

This was a great experience for our family. We had a spur of the moment trip to mackinaw as we had a week off all together. This was an amazing show and come to find out, the guy who puts it on has competed on national television. Our kids loved in and were even included in the show. It’s so family friendly it was amazing.

I thought it would be fun to catch the Lumberjack Show with my teen daughter. I knew it would keep her interested because of the cool things they do. She had a great time. They do a whole skit before the show and divide up the crowd into two sides so you can root for your Lumberjack. We were even instructed to boo the other person, which was fun. If you have ever seen a Lumberjack Competition on television, then you have seen what they do. They did it all too, including log rolling, the spike pole climb, different saw and chainsaw things, among other stuff. The show skews both young and old, so it’s fine for any age. They do have an intermission and a snack/gift shop on site. You even get to meet the Lumberjacks after the show if you’d like. It was probably one of the bargains of our trip as far as entertainment value.

We went there on Saturday night, Sept. 4th. It was raining and we weren’t sure if they have any cover so we went early and found that the about half of the seating was under cover. So, if the weather is iffy, go early to avoid getting wet.
We had 3 grandkids ages 7 and 10. All of us loved the show. Very entertaining and I will certainly recommend for my friends who are going to that area. I think that all ages would love the show.

This was our favorite thing we did the entire trip. Very reasonably priced. Half the audience cheers for one lumberjack the other half cheers for the other one. They compete in log rolling, tree climbing, axe throwing etc. It was different from most tourist attractions. We would go again. We brought home a bear carved by a chainsaw as a souvenir.

Great show for the whole family! We all loved the show, adults, teens and kids. Lots of facts thrown in along with all the fun banter and amazing feats of skill. Definitely worth your time and money if you are in the area.

Had a blast. Fun for the whole family. Real lumberjack strength mixed with a tad of humor. My youngest son was even part of the show for a timber sound off. This will be a memory he will not forget.

Very entertaining and good laughs. Very skillful lumberjacks. My husband and I thought the spokesman was very friendly and involved the audience. We would highly recommend this show for anyone looking for a fun time. The concession worker was also, very friendly too

So fun to see a live, tourist-pleasing, family-oriented show return to the Mackinaw scene. Goofy humor and hijinks combined with genuine talent entertained us old-timers, as well as thrilled the school-age kids in attendance. A great value built out of a simple storyline presentation of lumberjack history and skills. Kudos to the two young men who truly impressed everyone with their brawn and enthusiasm. Best part was watching the kids scramble for autographs on wood scraps after the show.

So much fun! Very informative about the lumberjacks and Michigan’s logging history. Our four and three year old grand nieces were laughing, clapping and encouraging our lumberjack! They wanted to go back the next night!!! Loved this.

The jack pine lumberjack show was the highlight of our mackinaw trip! We had a great time watching the competitors compete against each other in each event. We were really impressed with the lumberjacks skills and showmanship. It’s fun for any age!

We loved this show, we saw it 7 years ago and we still enjoyed it. We ended up as a fluke with the exact same lumberjacks that we had 7 years ago. It is entertaining and my teens even enjoyed watching it. It is a must see. I love that all ages can enjoy the show.

Amazing time for kids and adults!! My mother in law lives in Cheboygan and has always wondered about this show. We went last night with my 4 year old daughter and it was a blast!! The lumberjacks really engaged the kids and were funny!! They adhered to the covid standards without affecting the show. My daughter even got an Autograph from the lumberjacks!!
